Using the Lancashire and Yorkshire Bus mobile ticket apps? It's time to download Transdev Go

Transdev Go replaces all of our old mobile apps with one simple, super-powerful piece of software in your pocket.

It replaces our Lancashire Bus, Yorkshire Bus, 36, Witchway or Cityzap apps, which are being taken offline over the coming weeks.

If you've previously used the Lancashire Bus or Yorkshire Bus mobile ticket apps, don't worry! Your tickets will be brought over to Transdev Go, and you can keep on using them as you did before. Here's some important information about what you'll need to do next.

Download Transdev Go

Download Transdev Go now from the App Store and Google Play stores. Once you've download the app, you'll need to create an account using the same email address as you did for our old apps.

Verify your email address

Once you've registered for an account on Transdev Go, you'll receive an email with a link to verify your account. You'll need to click this link before your mobile tickets can be transferred across from our old apps to Transdev Go. If the link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, and if it's not there or hasn't arrived within 10 minutes, drop us an email to and we'll take a look for you.

Sign in to Transdev Go

Once you've verified your email address, sign in to Transdev Go, and you should find any tickets which you previously had in our Lancashire or Yorkshire Bus apps ready and waiting for you.

And that's it!

Our old mobile apps will be taken offline on Tuesday 31 October. You'll have a few days afterwards within which to use your ticket, but after that, these apps will no longer function.

We think you're going to love Transdev Go. It's packed with new features including realtime departures, timetables for all of our buses, journey planning and more.

What are you waiting for? Download Transdev Go now from the App Store and Google Play stores, and don't forget to follow us on Twitter @keighleybus.
